She Flies with Her Own Wings Cuff

A statement piece in more ways than one. This wide cuff with eye catching wings will always be noticed, with it's true statement or meaning known only to the wearer. Whatever the symbolism of wings means to you, these will be your reminder. 

Alis volate propriis is Latin, translating to "She flies with her own wings". It's meaning to me is independence choosing my own path. I have this phrase in Latin as a tattoo. 

• 2" wide brass cuff, with slight texturing and brushed finish and a multicolored patina effect
• Etched wings in copper with darkened patina.
• The entire cuff is sealed with a clear metal jewelry sealer to keep the patina and prevent any discoloring on the skin from contact with the brass.
• Cuff is 6" long and slightly adjustable to fit wrists from 6" to 8", once adjusted to fit so it goes on and off ok without being too loose on the wrist do not readjust with every wearing. Flexing the cuff repeatedly will weaken the metal and could cause the wings to detach.
